My wireless connection is slow can you help me figure this out?

Wireless operators usually lie worse than Bill O'Reilly! I have been battling them for almost three years. It all has to do with their system capacity -- which they will deny. The more people who "jam the airwaves", the worse it gets. I have had EXTREMELY slow service sometimes for 3-4 months. Then the company upgrades by adding more servers etc. -- and -- presto! -- fast transmission rates again. As they sell more and more subscriptions, the speed drops until it is once again miserable. When enough people complain, they add a few more servers etc. and -- there we go again. Just call 'em up and complain -- then call them again and complain.
