Will our country always be split up between democrats and republicans?

Lately it seems that the people who hold office whether democrat or republican are part of the Council of Foreign Relations (CFR). It seems that our constitution has been repeatedly compromised in the last century over and over again by both parties. We lose are liberties guaranteed to us by false crises. If we are so serious about the middle east than why have we been force shaping (downsizing the military) since 1991? I am concerned about the North American Union. Is the United States pushing towards globalism and tyranny. We hold the U.N so high but the countries who hold power in the UN repeatedly bash the U.S. and are usually the biggest abusers of the earth and the people on it.
