Where is a top place to live that costs are low? Looking for townhouse or condo?

Have to stay on a budget and only has 100=117K maybe a little more. I have a fixed salary and not much to work with and have to move.. Anyone know any Realestate House or townhouse lease to own or purchase with little down? This is emergency.....
