Divorce and spouse support?

I need advice with this one. My wife and i are divorcing and she makes 50000 and tear and i make 25000 a year. I am told i will be awarded spouse support and i will pay child support. i dont wish to go after 50 percent custody. because my boys are 16 and 13 and son they will be doing more on there own anyways. My 13 year old does so much with me know but my 16 year old is more into his own thing. If they were very young i would ask for 50 percent custody Also i have no money to get an attorney but she somehow got 5000 $ and gave to her attorney as a retainer fee. She says she wants to do a non contested divorce. If i agree to the above as she is asking all i would ask for is 50 percent or her 401k. I use my 401k to buy or home. If i do not have an attorney can she take all the money after the home sells or will i still get 1/2 of the equity? Calif is a 50/50 state law. I just want to see my boys at least 2-3 days a week and every other weekend and holidays and maybe 2 weeks out of the summer. I just do not have any money to spend. My card is maxed out on auto repairs. We also have a boat and camper that she thinks she would like to sell and keep all the money to pay off old loans we both ave. I need some good advice. I would like to keep my boat and give her the trailer. I do not have anyone that i can barrow the money from...........
