Illegal to hang 'Wanted' Poster?

Local neighborhood kids have been causing some mischief. They've thrown eggs at cars and houses, broken decorative street lights, and damaged mailboxes. Through some surveillance I've been able to capture a picture of the suspectedvandals. They're preteens. The police aren't able to do much. I wanted to print and distribute 'wanted for questioning' posters around the neighborhood with the hope that their parents will see their kids picture and description of the vandalism and take actions to see that it doesn't happen again. What are your thoughts?
