Sudden onset of symptoms?

I was cleaning about ten min ago. Just dishes, nothing big, wasn't hot or anything. All of a sudden I feel light headed and have an intense need to vomit. I sat on the floor for a few min and then moved to a chair. I am still dizzy and light headed. My eyesight is weird. I don't know how to explain, I can see fine up close but it is now kind of blurry far away and makes me feel funny when I try to look far away. Any idea's what is going on. I am pregnant but not sick to my knowledge .
