What to say to someone who needs cheering up?

This is for a very special girl - I wish I could say something to cheer her up but I cant. I wish I was able to cheer her up the way she can do the same for me - any thoughts? She is just a bit fed up of the hustle and bustle of life and the weather here sucks etc
