Where To Get A Custom Computer Built?

Ok, so my very good friends birthday is coming up in a few months and i was thinking about getting him a new customized computer that would be significantly better then his current as well as being able to handle running the new World Of Warcraft that is also coming out soon. I was wondering where i can go abouts doing this and about how much it would cost me. Obviously the cheaper the better.
