Describing a quiet place?

this is for my English writing to describe essay. I was given a photograph of Kettle Restaurant and was asked to imagine myself there and describe what I can see and what my feelings are about that place. The photograph shows outside of the restaurant and also the car park. The place is very deserted but looks colourful because of the lamp posts. I have to describe the quietness in the first paragraph. Any ideas?
