DO I HAVE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS POLICE OFFICER?

Police came to my house last night on a party complaint. I opended the door, then shut the door in his face cuz the cop was giving me attitude. When I closed the door, the officer banged on my door until I opened, then proceded into my house and threw me out and put me in handcuffs. He then went inside my house (without permission of the 4th amendment) and evacuated my small 15 person party. This sounds like ult and tresping. Its not illegal for me to shut a door in a cops face!
