These " offender" registries are indeed as grave a moral blot on our civilization as were the Nazis' racial laws on theirs. Any use of them makes us no better than the obscene beasts who wrote them into law. If you really hate the jerk in question, take him aside and twit him one-on-one about his " offender" status--but don't become a worse jerk yourself by doing so publicly.
