Please help! Who sings this song: it is a man singing and at the end it says: "Amazing Grace", kinda raspy?

Who sings that song, maybe it's called Amazing Grace, but it's not the traditional version. At the end, it says "Amazing Grace", and it's a man, or men group, kinda raspy, and it is very energizing and inspirational, I thought it might be Mercy Me, or Josh Groban, not sure...anyone have any idea?
